Mexican Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 pkg. flat round corn tortilla chips
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 head lettuce
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in skillet; drain fat.
    Stir in 1 package taco seasoning mix with 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer for few minutes.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer seasoned meat, diced onion, corn tortilla shells (the flat round shells), then Velveeta cheese, then hamburger, onions, shells cheese, etc.; on the last layer, pour a 1/2 cup of seasoning over the shells to soften them so they don't dry out in the oven.
    (Seasoning Mix = 1/2 package taco seasoning mix in a 1/2 glass water, stir up.)
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with salad or top with tomato, lettuce and sour cream.
