Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 lb. beef brisket
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Rub liquid smoke and seasoned salt on meat.
Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, add Worcestershire sauce and place in 250\u00b0 oven in tightly wrapped foil for 5 hours. Allow no steam to escape.
Slice and serve with Barbecue Sauce.
