Hawaiian Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    6 eggs
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring or any other flavoring
    1 c. milk
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 can coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy, add eggs one at a time;
    beating
    well
    after
    each
    addition.
    Combine
    flour, baking powder, salt and soda, add to creamed mixture.
    Add milk while beating.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients.
    Bake\tin
    a large tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
