Scalloped Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes; boil until done.
    Alternate onion, potatoes, soup and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
