Lyle'S Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    6 drops Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the cheese.
    Pour corn mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0
    oven for 30 minutes or until mixture feels firm to the touch.
    Makes 6 servings.
