Savory Italian Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 small eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    3 oz. jar pimento stuffed olives, drained and cut in half
    1/2 tsp. basil
    dash of Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, electric or not, cook veggies until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    May need to add a little water.
