Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 egg or 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 Tbsp. oregano
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Minced onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and shape into loaf.
If mixture seems a little dry or stiff, add a little milk (1 or 2 tablespoons).
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
Good recipe for high cholesterol sufferers.
