Chicken With Sherry Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces chicken breasts, leg and thigh or cutlets
    2 cans mushroom soup
    water
    dry sherry (not cooking sherry)
Preparation
    Wash chicken; pat dry.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish. Dilute one can mushroom soup with 1/2 can water and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Dilute second can of mushroom soup with 1/2 can sherry and pour over chicken.
    Bake another 30 to 45 minutes, basting every 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
    Spoon sauce over rice.
