Grilled Tuna Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. low salt soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice wine, dry sherry or rice vinegar
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
    4 tuna steaks, 3/4-inch thick (6 oz.) each
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large shallow dish combine first four ingredients.
    Put tuna in marinade.
    Turn over to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
