Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3 lb. instant potato flakes
    6 c. Pillsbury bread flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. bread starter
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, then liquid ingredients.
    Knead until a large ball forms.
    You may
    need a little more flour, so as not to be hard to handle.
    In another bowl (mixing bowl), grease the bowl, bottom and sides, before adding the dough.
    Place dough into bowl and turn over so as to have oil on both sides.
    Cover the bowl with Saran Wrap and place on cookie sheet so the rising dough will not spill oil from the sides of bowl into your oven.
    Place in your oven; turn your oven light on for added heat to speed rising.
    Let rise all night.
