Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large green peppers
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together beef, rice, onion, ketchup, egg, salt, pepper and celery seed.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Cut tops from peppers and remove membrane and seeds.
    Wash clean.
    Spoon ingredients into peppers.
    Put 2 cups water into roaster, peppers and a can of Italian stewed tomatoes over peppers; bake.
