Aunt Edith'S Chocolate (No Egg) Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend ingredients in large mixer bowl.
    In separate small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons baking soda and 2 teaspoons vinegar until soda dissolves.
    Add to cake batter and beat well for 2 to 3 minutes. Bake in greased and floured pans for approximately 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
