Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans salmon, drain but save liquid
    skim milk (enough to mix with salmon juice to make 1 1/2 c. liquid)
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1/4 tsp. dill weed (optional)
    1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 eggs
    3 c. coarse unsalted cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Flake salmon into bowl, removing any skin and bones. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into loaf pan, greased with nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
