Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. oil
1/4 c. onions, diced
1/4 c. peppers, diced
corn flake crumbs
grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle crumbs on top and add 2 pats butter.
Sprinkle cheese if desired.
Bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
