Fried Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tart apples
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Core the apples.
    Cut into 1/2-inch rings.
    Saute the rings in margarine until just tender.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Cover pan. Cook a few minutes more until they are glazed and golden.
