Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk or half and half
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients; then cut butter until crumbly.
Stir in egg and milk; dough will be sticky.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Makes 12 biscuits.
