Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes or 1 medium grated onion
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 small can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 to 3/4 Tbsp. hot pepper, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together and put into iron skillet.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 until brown.
