Sausage And Corn Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained (save drippings for gravy)
1 lb. corn (frozen or canned; if canned, drain and save liquid)
3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk or corn liquid
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add liquid and eggs, then add sausage and corn.
Fry on hot griddle like pancakes (using some sausage drippings).
Serve with country gravy and fresh fruit salad (if desired).
