Quick Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) container thawed Cool Whip
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 large can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; spoon cherry pie filling over pie.
(May substitute your favorite fruit filling for topping.)
Makes 8 servings.
