Reuben Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) pkg. skinny noodles, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tsp. yellow mustard
1 1/3 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
1 can corned beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Wash and drain sauerkraut and place in the baking dish evenly spread.
Cook noodles, drain well and spread evenly over sauerkraut.
Mix together soup, onions, mustard and milk.
Pour over noodles evenly.
Sprinkle cheese over noodles.
Crumble corn beef evenly over cheese.
Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and spread on top of corned beef. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Take a fork and prick at 45 minutes.
