Petit Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat all except wafers together.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Place 1 vanilla wafer cookie in bottom of cupcake paper cup. Fill 2/3 full with batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.
    Makes 24 cupcakes.
    Do not substitute low-fat cream cheese; filling will go flat.
