Teddie'S Tortissa Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
    1 c. Colby cheese, shredded
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 large onion, minced
    1 small can ripe olives, sliced
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    12 corn tortillas (may not take this many)
Preparation
    Cut tortillas into 1-inch strips and set aside.
    Beat eggs, red pepper, salt, sour cream, mushroom soup and milk.
    Butter a square Pyrex dish and place 3 layers of tortillas, onion, chicken or turkey, green chili, olives and cheese.
    Cover each layer with sour cream mixture and end up with cheese.
    Bake, covered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
    This casserole is excellent fresh, but it is not as good warmed.
