Red Pepper Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1 (1.0 oz.) envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 c. diced, bottled pimentos or red peppers, drained
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well.
Best if chilled overnight.
Garnish with chives.
Serve with raw vegetables.
