Infamous Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. white potatoes
6 to 10 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 large onion, white or yellow
mayonnaise to taste
salt
pepper
Preparation

Boil potatoes with skins on until fork tender.
Drain, cool, peel and cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
Chop onion and add to potatoes.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour over potatoes and onions.
Stir thoroughly to coat potato mixture. Let sit at room temperature for a few hours.
Just before serving, add chopped eggs, mayonnaise to coat mixture, stir well and serve.
