Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops, fried lightly
1 qt. sauerkraut
1 c. apples, chipped
1 c. onion, chipped
Preparation

Place chops in casserole.
Put in apples, onion and kraut. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Cover with lid or foil while cooking.
