Louise Bush'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook brown sugar, butter and corn syrup over medium heat until bubbles appear around the outside of the pan.
    Cook 5 minutes more.
    Remove from heat and add soda.
    Pour over popcorn and toss to coat.
    Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
