Instant French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans French onion soup
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    Toasted French bread sliced
Preparation
    Heat soup. Combine cheeses. Place a 1/2 inch slice of toasted French bread on bottom of each of four 1 1/2 to 2 cup ovenproof soup bowls. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cheese mixture. Top with another slice of toasted bread. Spoon hot soup into bowls, top with remaining cheese, and broil for 4 minutes or until cheese bubbles and browns. Makes 4 servings.
