Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 (4 1/8 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk or skim milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 Betty Crocker dark chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix pudding and milk.
When set, add Cool Whip.
In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass dish, put a full layer of graham crackers.
Cover with half of the filling.
Top with layer of graham crackers, then frost.
Prepare the night before or early in the day.
Keep refrigerated.
Serves 12 to 15 people.
