Plum Delicious Brownies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Solo brand prune/plum puree (12 oz.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
1/2 c. egg substitute or 4 egg whites
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cocoa
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together.
Mix next five together and add to first mixture.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in pans sprayed with cooking spray.
Makes 25 brownies.
