Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fruit, sliced (peaches, apples, berries, etc.)
1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together.
Let sit 5 minutes in the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Sift remaining dry ingredients together.
Cut margarine into dry ingredients.
Add milk.
Shape to cover fruit.
Slit top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Yields 4 servings at 360 calories per serving.
