Southern Style Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cut up lean salt pork
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. okra, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. corn, cut from cob
    3 to 4 tomatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook salt pork, onion and green pepper in skillet until pork is golden.
    Stir in okra; cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
    Stir in corn and tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer until corn is tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yield 4 servings.
