Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    9 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and shredded (about 11 c.)
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat milk, cream and spices over medium heat.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Place potatoes in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour cheese sauce over top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
