Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cabbage, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. diced chicken or pork
1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. peanut oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
1 egg, beaten
egg roll skins (store bought)
Preparation

Combine vegetables in a deep bowl with salt; let stand for 15 minutes.
Drain off excess moisture.
Add remaining ingredients, except for the egg.
Place 2 tablespoons of filling in center of each egg roll skin.
Brush edges with egg.
Let egg sit 5 minutes to seal in filling.
Deep fry in 2 to 3 inches of oil at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with choice of sauce (plum or cherry).
