Okra And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. okra, cut 1/2 inch slices
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook okra in a little water until tender, drain.
    Cook onions and green pepper in margarine until tender, do not brown.
    Stir in sugar and flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper.
    Add tomatoes, drained okra and heat through, simmer a few minutes.
    You can also use fresh tomatoes, about 4 medium.
