Lo-Cal Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    6 packs sweetener
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sweetener, vanilla and salt together.
    Scald milk in a glass cup (on High for 3 to 4 minutes).
    Add egg mixture, stirring well.
    Pour into 6 custard cups.
    Sprinkle each with nutmeg to taste.
    Microwave on Low (3) for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Put cups on shelf; rotate shelf 1/2 turn every 3 minutes.
