Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts with skin
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken and bouillon cubes until done.
    Set chicken aside to let cool off.
    To make dumplings, cut shortening into the flour. You need a texture of pie crust (very crumbly).
    Take 1 cup hot broth from chicken; start mixing flour and broth slowly.
    You will not need the full cup of broth.
    Do not make your dough wet.
    Place on a floured sheet.
    Roll out very thin.
    Cut into strips and place in boiling broth.
    Cook about 20 minutes.
    Take skin and any fat off chicken.
    Cut or tear into pieces.
    Place chicken in dumplings; cook until hot.
