Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. well mashed bananas
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

I usually add nuts.
I've used regular flour.
