Pasta Primavera Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
    2 medium zucchini, cut into strips
    2 red peppers, cut into strips
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed; drain.
    Spoon into greased 14 x 10 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Saute zucchini, red peppers, mushrooms and onions in butter in large skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes.
    Spoon over pasta.
    Place flour in skillet; blend in milk.
    Add broth, nutmeg and pepper.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens; add broccoli and pour over vegetables. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley if desired.
    Makes 8 servings.
