Grandma'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Red Star fast rise yeast
2 c. warm water
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
7 c. plain flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add mashed potatoes, shortening, sugar and salt.
Cover and let stand in warm place until bubbly.
Work in flour.
Knead several minutes.
Put in bowl and cover.
Put in refrigerator.
Take out and shape rolls 1 hour before baking at 400\u00b0.
