Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crackers
1 stick oleo, melted
3 egg whites
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick oleo, softened
5 or 6 sliced bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large tub Cool Whip
1/2 c. crushed nuts
8 cherries
Preparation

Mix
oleo
and graham crackers together.
Spread evenly in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat egg whites until stiff.\tFold in 2 cups
powdered sugar and 1 stick of softened oleo.\tPour over crust.
Arrange
bananas
over
top
of mixture.
Spread pineapple over
bananas.
Top
with\tCool
Whip.
Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, top with nuts and cherries.
