Freezer Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 mango
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage, carrot and mango as for slaw.
    Add salt; mix well.
    Let set 1 hour.
    Squeeze out juice.
    Mix remaining ingredients and boil 1 minute.
    Cool, then add to cabbage.
    Pack in plastic containers and freeze.
    When ready to serve, let thaw completely.
