Spiced Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (29 oz.) cans peach halves
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cider vinegar
    4 cinnamon sticks
    2 tsp. whole cloves
Preparation
    Drain peaches.
    Save juice.
    Combine peach juice, sugar, vinegar and spices.
    Boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Pour hot syrup over peach halves.
    Let cool.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Makes 4 pints.
