Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up chickens
    1/4 c. oil
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 bottle Russian dressing (8 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 tsp. Accent flavor
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken.
    Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, in shallow baking pan.
    Pour dressing mix on. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Baste occasionally with drippings.
    Serve hot with rice.
