Oven Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    2/3 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. cut up celery
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
Preparation
    Mix.
    Cover with foil.
    Let cook for 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not touch until cooked.
