Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cubed
1 large onion
6 oz. mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 bottle wine
Preparation

Take cubed beef and brown in skillet.
Slice the onion, mushrooms and bell pepper.
The mushrooms and pepper should be approximate size of beef cubes.
Leave onions in rings.
Once the beef is cooked to desired taste, remove any extra liquid that is remaining in the skillet.
Add vegetables to the top of the meat and add half a bottle of wine and cover.
Simmer until the vegetables are cooked, but firm.
Can be served with or without rice.
Chicken can be substituted for beef and different vegetables can be used depending on individual tastes.
