Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (24 oz. total)
    8 oz. broad noodles, cooked and drained
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown meat well while stirring.
    Stir in onion soup mix, tomato sauce and water. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
    In a 2-quart rectangular baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheese, ending with cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbling.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
