Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn (two 9 x 13-inch pans heaped full)
    2 sticks oleo
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil for five minutes the oleo, brown sugar and white corn syrup.
    Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn.
    Stir to mix.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Stir about twice while in the oven.
    Cool on wax paper.
    Break apart.
