Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spread coconut on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread pecans over coconut.
Mix cake mix according to package instructions.
Pour on top of coconut and nuts.
Mix together butter or margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Drop from the spoon in \"dollops\" onto cake mix.
Do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean between the \"dollops.\"
