Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread (not thin-sliced), de-crusted and cubed
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 doz. eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put 1/2 of bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with cheese.
Then top with rest of cubed bread.
Beat together eggs, milk, maple syrup and vanilla.
Pour this over bread and cheese.
Chill overnight, covered.
Uncover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup.
