Microwave Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 pieces orange roughy
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut corn silk and husk down to corn.
    Peel husk halfway down cob and run under cold water.
    Close up husk to cover corn.
    Place on a wet microwave-safe plate.
    Cook on High for 4 1/2 minutes for 1 ear of corn, 8 1/2 to 9 minutes for 2. Remove from microwave carefully; don't get burned.
    Run under cold water and peel off husk.
    Serve immediately.
